All items for sale are unframed and unmounted, unless otherwise stated.
Overseas ordered are welcome, but please contact me for a quote with additional postage costs before purchasing.

Delivery Costs
Postage is included in the price, unless stated otherwise.
Original art work up to £40 is sent by 1st class recorded delivery. Items over £40 are sent by Special Delivery, next-day fully insured.
Limited edition prints up to £40 are sent by 1st class recorded delivery. Items over £40 are sent by Special Delivery, next-day fully insured.
Open edition prints are sent by 1st class delivery.
Items are posted once payment has been received and an email will be sent to let you know when your item has been despatched, usually within 7 days - prints are printed to order so please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If I have a print already in stock, this will be noted against the item in the shop and will be despatched within 7 days.
Payment
Payment is currently accepted by credit / debit card or Paypal through Paypal - a safe and secure way to send your payment. There is no charge and you don't have to have an account with Paypal to pay in this way.
Your Paypal payment will go through my i.d. portraitspets @ aol.com
Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I will refund the cost of the product (less the original cost for posting) if it is returned undamaged within seven days of receipt.

Any personal details you provide when purchasing from this site (name, address, etc) will only be used for the purposes of your purchase and not for any other marketing.
